Acceptance and provider
These terms apply when you use this website or purchase a consultation from Module Crafthub at Level 7, 24 Spitalerstraße, Hamburg 20095. Booking or attending a consultation confirms acceptance of the version supplied when the appointment is agreed.
Nature and scope
Our consultations provide general educational orientation concerning migration administration, health-insurance vocabulary, and social-contribution basics in Germany. The agreed service description defines the duration and deliverables. We do not provide legal, tax, medical, or regulated insurance advice; broker policies; decide eligibility; or represent you before an authority, employer, or insurer.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, current facts, checking deadlines, and confirming decisions with the competent institution or qualified professional. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information. Appointment access is personal and may not be resold.
Fees, scheduling, and cancellation
Fees are confirmed before booking and invoiced for payment before the session. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund conditions are described in our refund policy, incorporated into these terms.
Intellectual property
Website text, consultation materials, diagrams, and original handouts remain our intellectual property. You may retain and use supplied materials privately for your household’s move. You may not publish, sell, or reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in preparing information from sources available at the time. German rules, contribution rates, and institutional practices can change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken without verification, third-party acts, indirect losses, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury where exclusion is prohibited.
Governing law and disputes
