Health Cover Orientation — €145
A 75-minute video call, preparation questionnaire, personal action map, official reference links, and one short clarification email within seven days.
Payslip Contributions Briefing — €95
A 50-minute video call with an annotated sample payslip and a vocabulary sheet covering the principal employee social-insurance deductions.
Family Arrival Planning — €175
A 90-minute joint call for up to two adults in one household, followed by a shared timeline for health-cover and registration questions.
What changes the fee
The listed fee applies when the appointment remains within its stated scope. If you ask for a workshop for an employer, several unrelated household situations, document-by-document research, or written coordination with third parties, we will provide an estimate before any work begins.
No ongoing subscription is required. We do not receive referral payments from health insurers or brokers. The fee is for the adviser’s preparation, meeting time, and written recap.
Payment and cancellation
After an appointment time is agreed, we send an invoice payable before the session. You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the appointment or reschedule once without charge with 24 hours’ notice. See the refund and cancellation policy for complete conditions.
